This Truck Wash Count Tracker ("Tracker") is an internally developed proprietary business tool owned exclusively by Modern Maintenance, Inc. The Tracker, including all associated data, reports, formulas, calculations, workflows, documentation, and related materials, contains confidential and proprietary information of Modern Maintenance, Inc. and, where applicable, confidential information belonging to its customers.
Access to and use of this Tracker is authorized solely for legitimate business purposes by employees, contractors, and other individuals expressly authorized by Modern Maintenance, Inc.
Users of this Tracker agree that they shall not:
- Disclose, distribute, transmit, copy, reproduce, or otherwise share any portion of the Tracker or its contents with any individual or entity outside of Modern Maintenance, Inc., except with the applicable customer to whom the information pertains and only when such disclosure is authorized and required for legitimate business purposes.
- Use the Tracker or any information contained within it for any purpose other than conducting authorized business on behalf of Modern Maintenance, Inc.
- Remove, copy, or retain confidential information following the end of their employment, contract, or authorized access.
- Please do not enter any personal information, including but not limited to last name or personal cell phone number.
Any unauthorized disclosure, duplication, distribution, or use of the Tracker or its contents may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment or contractual relationship, legal action, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
Nothing in this notice grants any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Tracker or its contents. All rights, title, and interest in the Truck Wash Count Tracker remain the exclusive property of Modern Maintenance, Inc.
